• Registration of a participant includes his/her registration kits and food (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and tea)  for the whole day of 7th March 2019.

• The participation certificate (for internal participants) will be provided only on the last day of the conference (8th March 2019)

• Payment is a must for the registration for all the participants, except for the invited speakers.

• The registration fee is non-refundable.

• The process of registration will be intimated via mail to all the concerned (internal) members of IISER Kolkata.

• The invited speakers are requested to report on 6th March 2019 to the registration desk available all day long in the guest house ground floor. The speakers (external) will also be provided with to-and-fro AC 2-tier train fare on the production of the tickets.

• Invited speakers will be provided with transportation facility i.e. pick up from/ drop down at city railway stations (Howrah/Shalimar/Santragachi/ Sealdah/ Kolkata).

• Invited Talks email intimation will be sent to authors whose abstracts are selected for Invited Talks 20 (17+3 min). The presentation schedule will be updated soon in the program schedule page.

• The lodging accommodation for the invited speakers will be available on double sharing basis at Visitors’ Hostel at IISER K main campus, only during the colloquium [Maximum Duration: Check-in date: 6th March 2019 and Check-out date: 8th March 2019 (Evening)].

• All the participants from outside IISER K (poster presenters and participants without presentation) might be offered accommodation as per availability of rooms in the campus on payment basis.
